QRT’s Procurement team, located in London and Hong Kong, is expanding and seeks a Procurement Analyst/Buyer based in Hong Kong to support day‑to‑day sourcing, purchasing, and delivery management for the APAC region and global locations. The role involves:
- Requesting and reviewing supplier quotes
- Placing orders through the company’s procurement system – Coupa
- Managing logistics and ensuring proper receipt of goods
- Resolving invoice inquiries with the Accounts Payable team
- Working closely with Finance and Legal on contract negotiations
Your Future Role within QRT:
- Work under the local Procurement Manager in Hong Kong to execute day‑to‑day procurement tasks
- Liaise with colleagues on sourcing requirements and general procurement enquiries across APAC (Software, Professional Services, Telecoms, Office fit‑out)
- Request quotes from key suppliers, benchmark costs, monitor ETAs, and ensure timely deliveries
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships
- Negotiate contracts in collaboration with the internal Legal team
- Identify cost‑saving and avoidance opportunities
- Raise and receipted purchase orders and support end users raising purchase requests via Coupa
- Coordinate with Finance and the London procurement team as needed
Qualifications:
- 3‑5 years of procurement experience in a medium‑sized, fast‑paced business
- Proficiency with full P2P lifecycle and ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of indirect categories, especially IT and Professional Services procurement
- Experience with APAC procurement and its unique complexities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Understanding of legal and commercial aspects of contract negotiations; capable of negotiating agreements with vendors
- Strong organizational skills, diligent workload management, and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment
- Desire to develop comprehensive procurement skills across all categories
- Proficient with corporate P2P systems such as SAP, Coupa, and eSignature platforms like DocuSign
- Mandarin language skills are a plus
