Your future role at QRT
You will be joining a supportive Operations function, where you will be responsible for several tasks within the Equities space.
These will include:
- Broker matching (including use of Traiana/CTM)
- Fails monitoring
- Start of day position reconciliations versus our fund administrator, investigating and resolving breaks in a timely manner
- T+1 transaction and position reconciliations versus any relevant Prime Brokers, investigating and resolving breaks in a timely manner
- Liaise with traders, treasury, Senior Managers, risk & COO teams regarding issues and queries.
- Assisting with Trade booking & processing of all asset classes.
Your present skillset
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Varied Asset Class knowledge advantageous
- Corporate Action knowledge advantageous
- Proven previous experience within a financial institution, working on a similar desk
- Driven and self-motivated to problem solve and work cross-collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Team-player
