The successful candidate will assist in managing trade flows, coordinating business development initiatives for our Fixed Income division.
Your future role at QRT:
- Act as point contact for all new fixed income business initiatives.
- Partnership with internal (Trading, Operations, Risk, Treasury, Compliance) and External stakeholders to implement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with exchanges, central counterparties (CCPs), trading counterparts, prime brokers, and external vendor platforms.
- Assist the COO in implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Involvement in COO team initiatives, operational oversight, and strategic rollouts.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely completion.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Fixed Income markets, business development, or operations within the financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Fixed Income securities is a plus.
