Accounts Payable Associate

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our London office, supporting AP tasks across the UK and global jurisdictions. Reporting to the European Head of Accounts Payable, the role involves managing high volumes of invoicing and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Your future role within QRT:

1. Process vendor invoices, including verification, approval routing and accurate cost allocation.
2. Manage new and updated vendor records by conducting bank detail validations (including callbacks) across all locations, whilst maintaining a clear audit trail.
3. Prepare and process weekly payment batches.
4. Initiate manual payments via telegraphic and interbank transfers.
5. Prepare and process intercompany invoices.
6. Support the wider Finance team as needed, acting as a point of contact for employees and business areas with queries related to invoicing, expense claim submissions and processing.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience within the financial services sector.
2. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
3. Ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
4. Able to work in a highly fast-paced environment.
5. High attention to detail.
6. Team-player.
