Our client is seeking a Operational Administrator to join the team based in Thetford, Norfolk. Job Role: * Take incoming phone calls, redirect as needed * Receive and respond to emails * Progress customer deliveries, invoice and billing * Ordering 3rd party items * Scheduling/planning engineers * Ordering and monitoring local stock * Scheduling van fleet maintenance * Production of site paperwork for engineers * Working closely with Sales team Skills & Knowledge: * Excellent communications skills, verbal and written * Working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word, excel * SAP knowledge would be a great advantage * Able to work in a busy office and to deadlines * Experience of working with engineers * Self motivated, organised with good time management Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-12 noon
