We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Vehicle Inspector to join our clients friendly team near Hoo, Medway. The Role
As a Mechanical Vehicle Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles and identifying mechanical faults, damage, and defects. You will ensure vehicles are assessed accurately and meet the required safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out thorough mechanical inspections of vehicles
- Identifying mechanical faults, defects, and areas requiring repair
- Checking brakes, steering, suspension, tyres, engines and other key components
- Recording inspection results accurately
- Using diagnostic equipment where required
- Reporting any issues or safety concerns
- Working to high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Following all health and safety regulations
