Job description
Role: HGV Class 1 Driver
Pay: 20.53-23.44
Shifts: Flexible chose your own working days, days or nights!
Temp on going work.
All candidates must have held their Class 1 licence for a minimum of 2 years and used their tachograph card within the last six months!
What will you do in a typical day?
As a HGV Class 1 Driver you will be an integral part of the business working independently on the road. Majority of the work will involve the collection and delivery of mail to RDC Depots and Mail Centres nationally, with a small proportion of the role involving pickups.
We are looking for drivers with a \’can-do\’ attitude as some interaction with the load is required. You will be given a fixed route and will need to follow schedules whilst maintaining the security of the load and the condition of the vehicle.
What are the shift patterns?
The client has numerous start times around the clock and books on a week-by-week basis. We can work with any availability you may have, however the more flexible you can be, the more shifts you can be offered!
