The Job:

• Lead technical and design processes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

• Review and input into allocated bids

• Provide regular progress reports

• Manage and coordinate external consultants

• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders

• Residential experience working with a main contractor

• Highrise development experience

• Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of the design and technical process

• Strong technical knowledge

• Knowledge of current legislative framework

• Strong written and verbal skills

• Computer literate

• Valid driving licence
