This opportunity is working with a busy and continuously growing Payroll and Compliance Team and is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key to the Role: * Onboard workers and clients to ensure full compliance with requirements. * Monitor multiple inboxes to ensure timely responses and actions. * Monitor and review compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks. * Maintain and update compliance documentation and records. * Assist in the preparation of audits and data for clients. * Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints. * Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry. * Follow and suggest improvements for internal processes. Qualifications: * Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role. * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner. * Experience using multiple platforms and systems. * Ability to switch easily between tasks. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
