We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Rochester.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for straightforward, hassle-free work with consistent hours and weekly pay.
The role involves clean trunking runs between depots and customer hubs, including trailer and cage movements. There is no handballing and no multi-drop deliveries, allowing you to focus on driving.

The Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing scheduled trunking runs between depots and customer hubs.
- Carrying out trailer and cage movements.
- Ensuring all movements are completed safely and efficiently.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Completing all required driving and delivery paperwork.
- Maintaining compliance with tachograph and drivers' hours regulations.
- Following all relevant road safety and company procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
- A valid Driver CPC qualification.
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
- Previous Class 1 driving experience.
- A reliable, professional and safety-conscious attitude.
