Quays Housing in Bradford is seeking a Scheme Manager to lead our homeless supported schemes. You will oversee a small team across 3 sites, develop residents’ life skills and tenancy management while driving income through rent collection and void management.
You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality housing support, including safeguarding, with a focus on welfare and wellbeing of residents. A relevant housing/social care qualification is advantageous.
