Sales and Revenue Manager Newcastle-Gateshead We are looking for a talented commercial allrounder to drive accommodation revenue performance of a popular branded 200-bedroom hotel.
The ideal candidate will create our revenue strategy across multiple channels, ensure balanced channel management to drive Yield through Occupancy and Rate, ultimately to achieve budgeted expectations with growth on prior year across multiple markets from both transient and group sectors from both business and leisure markets and exceed our fair market share.
This unique role requires pricing, business positioning and analytical skills as well as hands on sales experience our successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales and developing relationships in local corporate, leisure and corporate groups as well as supporting an onsite groups and reservations manager.
The role holder will be expected to both work on the business and win new business through animating sales leads in local and global corporate and all group Systems that include Opera Cloud PMS, Lighthouse, Ideas and other financial tools to track objective success.
