We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of a growing pharmaceutical company with ambitious UK growth plans. This field-based role will suit an experienced pharmaceutical sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving performance and leading from the front. Covering London, the South East, Surrey and Sussex, you will be responsible for developing a regional team, strengthening customer relationships and delivering commercial success across the territory.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team
- Drive sales performance and execution across the region
- Support team members in the field
- Build strong NHS and commercial relationships
- Use insight and data to improve results
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver growth
Requirements:
- Pharmaceutical sales leadership experience

Package includes:
- Circa 85,000 salary
- 520 monthly car allowance
