We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of a growing pharmaceutical company with ambitious UK growth plans. This field-based role will suit an experienced pharmaceutical sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving performance and leading from the front. Covering London, the South East, Surrey and Sussex, you will be responsible for developing a regional team, strengthening customer relationships and delivering commercial success across the territory.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team
- Drive sales performance and execution across the region

Requirements:

Package includes:
- Circa £85,000 salary
