Are you an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional looking to join a growing ophthalmology business where you can genuinely make an impact? We are recruiting exclusively for an Integrated Care Manager (ICM) to join a well-established ophthalmic company with a strong UK presence, international backing and a diverse portfolio of over 30 eye care products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys building relationships across the NHS, influencing local healthcare pathways and driving market growth within a specialist therapy area.
The OpportunityAs an Integrated Care Manager, you will:
- Develop and grow key NHS accounts across South London, Surrey and Sussex
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Hospitals, ICBs, Primary Care and Pharmacy
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive market share growth
- Identify local opportunities and influence patient pathways
- Deliver commercial success through strong customer engagement and territory management
- Become the local expert on your territory, customer landscape and competitive environment
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience managing NHS accounts and healthcare stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to territory management
- Ophthalmology experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- £60,000–£70,000 basic salary
- £520 per month car allowance

The territory covers South London, Surrey and Sussex. Candidates should ideally be based within or around the Greater London area to allow easy access across the region.
