We are recruiting exclusively for an Integrated Care Manager (ICM) to join a well-established ophthalmic company with a strong UK presence, international backing and a diverse portfolio of over 30 eye care products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys building relationships across the NHS, influencing local healthcare pathways and driving market growth within a specialist therapy area.

The Opportunity

As an Integrated Care Manager, you will:

  • Develop and grow key NHS accounts across South London, Surrey and Sussex
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Hospitals, ICBs, Primary Care and Pharmacy
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive market share growth
  • Identify local opportunities and influence patient pathways
  • Deliver commercial success through strong customer engagement and territory management
  • Become the local expert on your territory, customer landscape and competitive environment
What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • Pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Experience managing NHS accounts and healthcare stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to territory management
  • Ophthalmology experience (highly desirable but not essential)
