The Role

As Key Account Manager, you will split your time between the Wimbledon office, home working and customer visits. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of NHS and private sector customer accounts
  • Developing relationships with pharmacies, NHS procurement teams and key stakeholders
  • Delivering customer presentations and commercial proposals
  • Taking ownership of key customer relationships and ensuring a high level of service
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and pricing movements
  • Identifying new business opportunities to support territory growth

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in the role of Key Account Manager, you will ideally have some of the following experience:

  • Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
  • Understanding of NHS hospital procurement processes and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Full UK driving licence

The Package

The successful candidate will receive:

  • Salary up to £55,000

Location

Hybrid working role based around Wimbledon / South West London with field-based customer visits.
