We are recruiting a part time Executive Assistant to join a growing and innovative healthcare business based in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied position, combining executive support, office coordination, HR administration and recruitment support within a collaborative and supportive team.
The role: what you will be doing
- Providing confidential support to the CEO and Directors
- Managing diaries, meetings and schedules
- Preparing reports, presentations and meeting documentation
- Taking minutes and tracking actions from senior meetings
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Managing office supplies, facilities and external suppliers
- Supporting HR administration including employee records, onboarding and documentation
- Coordinating recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Organising company meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Maintaining organised and accurate document control systems
