You’ll play a key role in keeping orders moving, customers happy and operations running smoothly.
The job role: what you will be doing
- Processing and managing sales orders
- Coordinating shipments and working with freight forwarders
- Handling export and customs documentation (EUR1, COO etc.)
- Working closely with production and purchasing to make sure everything is delivered on time
- Being the link between internal teams and customers when things need chasing or resolving
About you: what we are looking for
- Experience in shipping / distribution / logistics
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Understands how production impacts delivery timelines
- Can communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
- Someone confident to chase, challenge and push things through when needed
