Our multiple award-winning clients are seeking experienced Sales professionals who are looking for a new long-term career opportunity within Professional Advice as a Mortgage Broker. This role is designed for Sales professionals with no previous industry experience who would gain their full CeMAP qualification courtesy of the client. This unique opportunity offers flexible hours with industry-leading benefits working for one of the most reputable and respected intermediaries in the whole UK. Key Responsibilities: * Speaking to customers who have applied for a secured mortgage completing a full fact-find * Handling both inbound and outbound calls * Skilfully navigating the financial landscape of your customer to source the most suitable products tailored to your requirements * Delivering impactful sales calls, providing well-researched recommendations rooted in comprehensive product knowledge * Collaborating closely with lenders to facilitate smooth case processing * Proactively following up on leads and diligently chasing cases for updates * Upholding personal performance standards of excellence * Staying abreast of evolving FCA requirements and industry changes Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales positions, preferably in an FCA-regulated arena. * Proven experience in outbound sales, objection handling * Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner * Able to demonstrate achievements against a wide range of competencies * Experience in a busy sales environment Benefits: * Professional qualification (CeMAP) * Flexible working-from-home opportunities * Private healthcare * In-house leadership academy for future leaders * Plus many more Salary £25,500 (Rising to £40,000) – £40,000 OTE.
