Our client, a well-established Engineering company based in the North West, is currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop an existing team of Sales Representatives into a high-performing Salesforce.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives, enabling them to exceed their targets consistently.
- Run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their progress and performance.
- Monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the actions that your team members can take to improve profitable sales in their areas each month.
- Enable the team to identify and recruit new accounts and grow revenue from existing customers.
- Demonstrate a never quit attitude and instil tenacity and resilience in the team.
- Analyse team performance data to suggest scalable improvements to core sales processes.
