Travelling Lifestyle PA / Wardrobe & Personal Support for UHNW Private Principal - International Travel.

We are creating an exceptional new three-person personal support team for an UHNW Principal whose life sits at the very highest level of fashion, design, travel and luxury lifestyle. Think front-row fashion shows, private appointments with the world's leading fashion houses, one-off fittings, international travel, beautiful residences and an ever-changing diary.

We are looking for accomplished individuals who understand this world instinctively - and who know how to make an extraordinarily busy life feel effortless. For the right person, this could be the perfect opportunity to step ashore without losing everything you love about the superyacht environment: international travel, exceptional standards, variety, pace, discretion and being part of a small, highly capable team.

The Role

  • Travelling Personal Assistant support
  • Luxury lifestyle management
  • Wardrobe organisation and management
  • Packing and unpacking for extensive international travel
  • Preparation for fittings, shows, events and private appointments
  • Ladies' maid / personal support duties
  • Liaison with fashion houses, boutiques, stylists, concierge teams and other luxury suppliers
  • Diary, reservations and travel coordination
  • Personal shopping and sourcing
  • Anticipating requirements before they are ever asked for
  • Working seamlessly alongside household, office and travelling teams

The travelling weeks are likely to be fast-paced and intensive, with long days. This needs someone who genuinely enjoys the rhythm of private service and thrives when plans change, schedules move and the answer still needs to be: "consider it done".

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in Senior Stewardesses / Chief Stewardesses from high-level private or charter yachts who have developed strong experience beyond traditional interior duties. You may have managed:

  • Principal or guest wardrobes
  • Luxury concierge requests
  • Complex packing and international travel
  • VIP itineraries and reservations
  • Personal shopping and sourcing
  • High-value clothing, accessories and jewellery
  • Fashion or designer relationships
  • Very demanding guest or Principal preferences

You will be polished but warm, highly organised without being rigid, discreet without being distant and confident enough to operate around some of the world's leading luxury brands and private service professionals. Most importantly, you will understand anticipatory service. You notice, you remember, you make things happen!

The Lifestyle

The anticipated structure is an unusual and potentially very attractive rotation:

  • 2 weeks – home-based Principal support
  • 2 weeks – international travelling support
  • 2 weeks – completely off

The final structure is still being developed, so some flexibility will be required as this new team takes shape. This is an opportunity to become part of something from the beginning rather than simply stepping into somebody else's system.

This Could Be Perfect If...

  • You've had an outstanding career in yachting but are beginning to wonder what comes next.
  • You don't necessarily want a conventional 9–5 PA job.
  • You still love travel, luxury service, beautiful things and working closely with a Principal — but you'd quite like to have a life of your own as well.
  • And you know the difference between providing excellent service and providing truly exceptional personal support.

We'd love to hear from you. Strict confidentiality applies.
