Quay Group is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team, working across luxury, ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), and specialist markets. Quay Group comprises four specialist brands; Quay Crew, Quay Maritime, Quay Estates, and Quay Family Office. Together, these divisions deliver market-leading recruitment solutions across the superyacht, maritime, private household, and family office sectors, providing a unique global network of luxury and UHNW clients.

Depending on experience and business needs, you’ll be placed within one of our specialist divisions, where you will play a key role in developing client relationships, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and driving commercial growth within your market. What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with captains, crew, UHNW clients, and private households.
  • Source, assess, and place high-calibre candidates across luxury and specialist markets.
  • Conduct interviews and detailed reference checks to ensure exceptional standards.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities across Quay Group sectors.
  • Leverage existing networks while building new client relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends across yachting, UHNW, estates, and private staffing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in recruitment or sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in yachting recruitment and/or UHNW, private household, or luxury markets is highly advantageous.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a desk independently.
  • Based within commuting distance of Bournemouth (office-based during probation, hybrid thereafter).
