Main Purpose Of Job

To carry out high-quality vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnostics while delivering excellent customer service.

Location: Quattro-Tech Peterborough

Salary: £44,000 OTE (Based on Skill Level & Experience)

Main Tasks Of Job:

  • Carrying out servicing, diagnosis, maintenance and repairs of VWG vehicles
  • Repairing vehicles in line with manufacturers’ standards to comply with warranty agreements
  • Carry out vehicle inspections and be able to identify defects
  • Undertake vehicle road testing
  • Using the latest industry equipment; working within the company health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
  • Experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Time served recognised apprenticeship and recognised qualification, level 3 preferred
  • Main dealership or independent experience preferred
  • Electrical knowledge is an advantage
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers
  • Good technical knowledge
