To support the smooth running, maintenance and upkeep of Quattro-Tech’s sites by carrying out a wide range of general maintenance, repairs and improvement works.

Location

The role will primarily be based at Quattro-Tech in St Ives, however, travel to our other sites in Peterborough, Cambridge & Bury St Edmunds will be required.

  • Carrying out general maintenance and repairs across Quattro-Tech sites
  • Identifying and resolving maintenance issues before they become larger problems
  • Carrying out minor building, plumbing and carpentry works where appropriate
  • Maintaining and improving the appearance and condition of our buildings, workshops and external areas
  • Carrying out basic decorating and remedial works
  • Assisting with site improvements, refurbishment projects and general upgrades
  • Responding to maintenance requests from different departments and locations
  • Working within company health & safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in maintenance or similar practical role is preferred
  • Good practical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to confidently turn their hand to a variety of different tasks
  • A reliable, flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of work completed
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge across areas such as plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance would be advantageous
  • Most importantly, a genuine can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
