Main tasks of job:
- Carrying out servicing, diagnosis, maintenance and repairs of VWG vehicles.
- Repairing vehicles in line with manufacturers’ standards to comply with warranty agreements.
- Carry out vehicle inspections and be able to identify defects.
- Undertake vehicle road testing.
- Using the latest industry equipment; working within the company health & safety guidelines.
- Air-con repair/servicing.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving license.
- Have genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service.
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- Time served recognised apprenticeship and recognised qualification, level 3 preferred.
- Electrical knowledge is an advantage.
- Possess good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers.
