Support the Operations Manager in their day-to-day role through delivering excellent customer service face-to-face, over the phone or via email.

Supporting the day-to-day operations of our workshop:

  • Offering exceptional customer service
  • Being proactive in creating and improving processes that support efficiency
  • Responding to enquiries using various sources including face to face, email, and over the phone
  • Maximise opportunities into our business by securing bookings
  • Upselling and ordering of genuine parts to facilitate maintenance and repairs
  • Keeping customers informed throughout their visit

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Have genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
  • Experience as a Service Advisor/Team Leader with parts catalogue knowledge (desirable)
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry (desirable)
  • Ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong organisational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
