This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in that journey, supporting the continued expansion of the business while developing towards a future site management position.
We are looking for someone with Service Advisor experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being part of building something new, and is motivated by genuine career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our workshop
- Offering exceptional customer service
- Being proactive in creating and improving processes that support efficiency
- Responding to enquiries using various sources including face to face, email, and over the phone
- Maximising opportunities into our business by securing bookings
- Ordering of genuine parts to facilitate maintenance and repairs
- Keeping customers informed throughout their visit

Requirements:
- Full UK Driving license
- Have genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
- Experience as a Service Advisor/Team Leader with parts catalogue knowledge (desirable)
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry (desirable)
- Ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong organisational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
