Warehouse Operative

Quattro Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Night Loader on behalf of our client based in High Wycombe. This position is a temp to perm so it will lead to a permanent position for the successful candidate. Job Details: * Sunday – Thursday Shift Pattern * (Apply online only) * Loading vehicles with relevant orders * Strapping Loads accurately for delivery * Loading of crates and containers for overseas deliveries * Ensuring that the order in full is ready and there are no missing parts * Item Search:Locate any reported missing items within the factories. * Picking & Packaging of trim to fulfill customer orders * Blue Foaming orders when required * Ensure blue packing is provided for protection as and when required The successful candidates will have: * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Excellent team worker with a hands on approach. * Dependable and proactive with a flexible approach to work. * Ability to take charge and meet responsibilities efficiently. * Ensuring that all responsibilities are met in accordance with company procedures and the Staff Handbook. * Flexibility to work outside or in excess of standard hours when necessary to achieve objectives required. * Sound knowledge of the company’s service offering specific to role. * Hands on approach * Forklift Licence: Advantageous but not essential.
