Quattro Resourcing are currently seeking a Driver Manager for our bespoke client based near Banbury. Reporting into Head of Operations, the Driver Manager will be overseeing a fast-paced vehicle delivery and collection service via multiple locations across the UK on behalf of customers, retailers and online vehicle sales customers. This role is accountable for the effective delivery and satisfaction of all customers. Complete focus on maximising revenue performance by optimising driver efficiency at all stages. both at planning and physical delivery process, ensuring sustainability, regulation adherence and customer satisfaction is at its highest level at all stages in the process. Key Duties * Admin & Support duties for all drivers * Following and ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to * Payroll processes are done accurately * Regularily completing and updating licence checks for compliance * Be involved with HR related issues * Managing 6 Senior staff members & 3 Administration Staff * Reporting directly to Head of Operations on a weekly basis regarding Driver Performance and Operational efficiency.
