Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence? We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation. Night Shift
- 10:00pm – 6:30am
- 5 shifts per week
- Working across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
- Saturday nights typically off
The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, checked, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will also support goods-in operations, stock management, and warehouse organisation while helping to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet operational targets.
- Preparing orders for dispatch, including pallet wrapping and secure loading.
- Loading and unloading deliveries using warehouse equipment, including forklifts where qualified.
- Checking incoming goods for quality and accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
- Organising stock effectively and ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Completing warehouse documentation accurately, including stock records and delivery paperwork.
- Supporting stock control activities, including stock counts and inventory management.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Reporting equipment faults, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly.

- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential).
- Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment.
