We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. You will also support goods-in operations, stock control activities, and general warehouse organisation to help maintain smooth and efficient operations.

PM Shift

  • 3:30pm – 12:00am
  • 5 shifts per week
  • Working across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
  • Saturdays typically off

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet daily targets and service levels.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch, including pallet wrapping and labelling.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely using warehouse equipment and FLT where qualified.
  • Check incoming goods for quality and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain effective stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly.
  • Complete warehouse paperwork and stock records accurately.
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory management processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Report any equipment issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly.
