Operative:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
You will also support goods-in operations, stock control activities, and general warehouse organisation to help maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- PM Shift
- 5 shifts per week
- Working across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
- Saturdays typically off Key Responsibilities;
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet daily targets and service levels.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including pallet wrapping and labelling.
- Load and unload deliveries safely using warehouse equipment and FLT where qualified.
- Check incoming goods for quality and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain effective stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly.
- Complete warehouse paperwork and stock records accurately.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management processes.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
