7.5 Tonne Driver – Full-Time (Temp to Perm)
Location: Papworth Everard
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional7.5 Tonne Driver on behalf of our client based in Papworth Everard. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated driver seeking a full-time, long-term role with the potential to become permanent.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to various locations. This role involves early morning starts and requires a strong commitment to punctuality and customer service.
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Saturday or Monday to Friday (rota basis)
- Start time: 04:00-05:00 AM
- Early afternoon finishes
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver goods efficiently and in good condition
- Carry out vehicle checks and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
Additional Requirements:
- Must be flexible to drive 7.5t and 3.5t vehicles when required
- Valid 7.5 Tonne Licence (C1)
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good xgikmsk knowledge of driving regulations and road safety
- Strong work ethic and reliability
