Quatro is a globally recognized gymnastics brand and the official sponsor of multiple gymnastics federations. We participate in major events across the USA, Europe, and the UK, continuously expanding our international customer base and activewear collections. As we grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced sports fashion designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the next phase of innovation and industry expansion.
This role offers flexibility and can be remote or based at one of our office locations in Swansea, UK; Paris, France; or York, USA.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced creative and motivated designer with a passion for cheer & gymnastics fashion and an eye for innovation. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to work under tight deadlines, and confident in pushing the boundaries of cheer and gymnastics apparel design. Working closely with our sales team, you will bring custom designs to life, ensuring every piece reflects the excellence and quality Quatro is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Design custom teamwear using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Create print layout designs and technical packs for manufacturing
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver designs aligned with client specifications
- Interpret customer briefs and translate them into innovative apparel concepts
- Develop designs for our online kit builder
- Assist in the development of new collections
- Work to tight deadlines with precision and attention to detail
- Stay ahead of trends in fast fashion and sportswear
- Opportunity to represent Quatro at customer-facing global events
- Share knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques to enhance product development
What Weβre Looking For
- Passionate about sports/gymnastics & cheer fashion, with a strong creative vision
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (essential)
- Degree in Fashion Design, Surface Pattern Design, or Graphic Design
- Experience in surface pattern design is a plus
- Strong hand drawing and digital rendering skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Business awareness to understand cost and time constraints
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and innovative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
