Quatre Recursos Humanos is supporting an international HR partner in a global search for a very talented Head Chef. You will be working with the team at The Rosehill Theatre, Whitehaven in Cumbria in finalising, opening and operating a new 60-seater restaurant at the heart of the newly developed theatre with panoramic views over the countryside and Irish Sea to Scotland.
It is an exciting time for Rosehill Theatre, West Cumbria as it undergoes both an artistic and a physical transformation. This is an exceptional opportunity to be a central part of a new Management Team for the redeveloped theatre, opening later this year.
The Head Chef will be an integral member of the management team delivering excellence to all our valued customers in newly created and enlarged customer focused facilities. This is a role that gives freedom to help create a restaurant from inception within a large second floor space, finalising the kitchen fit-out, the look and feel of the restaurant, and recruiting a team to run the operation including apprentices in association with locally based Lakes College.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and imaginative partner to help create this new business and customer experience. If you are an excellent Chef, creative, imaginative, inspirational, flexible, well organised, possess excellent communication skills, able to work on your own initiative as well as motivating others as part of creating a team, and are looking for a remarkable opportunity to create something new, then we would like to talk to you!
