As a Logistics Planner, you ensure the efficient and customer-focused processing of orders. You coordinate daily planning, optimise routes, and proactively tackle logistical challenges. Thanks to your service-oriented approach, collaboration between customers, drivers, and internal teams runs smoothly and professionally.
Your responsibilities as Planner:
- Planning and dispatching customer visits in the UK.
- Coordinating the collection of used cooking oil and the delivery of fresh oil.
- Monitoring visit frequencies for existing customers.
- Proactive communication with customers via phone and email to ensure smooth coordination.
- Clear communication and coordination with drivers to ensure efficient routing and smooth operations.
- Daily alignment with other planners to manage priorities and adjust plans where needed.
- Entering customer visits in our planning system and managing on-call requests throughout the day.
- Using our ERP system (Odoo) and track-and-trace tools effectively.
What do we expect from you?
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, web portals, and track & trace systems.
- Excellent geographical knowledge and analytical ability to find efficient, customer-oriented logistics solutions.
- Commercial communication skills in dealing with clients.
- Willingness to work in an open and direct company culture, with a hands-on mindset and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Fluency in English is required.
