Commercial Property | London | Competitive Salary + Benefits | Hybrid Working Legal 500 recognised team Quastels LLP is continuing to grow its highly regarded Commercial Property team and is looking to recruit a hardworking and driven Paralegal to support its Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm with a first-class client base. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the Partners and Fee Earners within the team. The Role You will support the Partners and other members of the team on a broad range of Commercial Property and Construction transactions and will be expected to take on responsibility for that work which will include the following: # Preparing Land Registry applications and dealing with post-completion matters including registrations # Preparing and submitting SDLT returns # Assisting with completions and general management of files # Drafting and document management under the supervision of Fee Earners # Providing broader transactional support to the wider team The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced members of the team across a varied and high-quality caseload and there is scope for progression within the team for the right candidate. About You We are looking for someone who has/ can demonstrate: # Good academics from a well-regarded university # Some paralegal experience (advantageous but not essential) # An interest in commercial property and construction (with experience in either of these areas advantageous) # Ability to work as part of the team # Strong attention to detail and organisational skills # Ability to provide support to a number of Fee Earners within the department
