Quast Ltd invites applications for an Engineering Manager role to lead the generation and execution of the engineering management plan (OME aspects) for the Urgent One Way Effector capability.

The position is hybrid, combining 2–3 days per week at MOD Abbey Wood with site work away as required.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing development and integration of novel systems, plus a strong background in weapons development and regulatory engagement.
