The Role
We’re looking for experienced and motivated Kitchen Sales Professionals to carry out in‑home consultations with customers in your local area. You’ll represent both Joe’s Doors and Quartzize Worktops, showcasing our stunning ranges and helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life.
All appointments are qualified and pre‑booked — no cold calling required. You’ll deliver expert advice, guide customers through design options, and close high‑value sales with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend in‑home sales appointments (qualified leads provided)
- Listen to customer needs and present tailored design and product options
- Confidently demonstrate and promote our kitchen door and quartz worktop ranges
- Prepare accurate quotes and close sales effectively
- Maintain professionalism and deliver a five‑star customer experience
- Liaise with the Neath head office for support and coordination
About You
- Proven experience in kitchen, home improvement, or in‑home sales
- Experience in kitchen makeovers or renovations preferred
- Confident communicator and skilled closer
- Self‑motivated, organised, and target‑driven
- Full UK driving licence (company car or car benefit available)
