We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Contracts Manager to lead and develop project teams within our established business unit in Hamilton. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, financial delivery, customer satisfaction, and employee development. You will play a critical role in ensuring a strong and continuous pipeline of work by building relationships with new and existing clients, while driving performance across our High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) project profit centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of the management team to deliver overall business and profit centre objectives
- Drive high standards of health & safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Take commercial responsibility for HV and LV project profit centres, including:
- P&L performance
- Budget management and forecasting
Proven experience in managing and developing teams within an engineering environment. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and budgets. A solid track record in business development and increasing profitability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing workforce.
