We are currently recruiting for a General Workshop Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day workshop and operational activities, offering excellent opportunities to develop new skills within a busy environment. Full training will be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out shot blasting activities (training provided)
  • Drive company vehicles as required (full UK driving licence essential)
  • Support general workshop duties including sawing, drilling, and basic fabrication tasks
  • Assist with goods in / goods out processes
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Manage and prioritise workload effectively within a busy workshop
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and attention to detail
  • Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Follow company procedures and support ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
