TS Metals are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our growing manufacturing team in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high quality standards across a variety of precision-engineered products, including laser-cut components, machined parts and fabrications.
You will be responsible for ensuring all products meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and ISO 9001:2015 standards, contributing directly to the continued success and reputation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out patrol and final inspections of laser-cut parts, machined components and fabrications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and quality specifications
- Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer requirements
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation of materials received
- Conduct routine and random checks on in-process and finished products prior to dispatch
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach
- Experience investigating quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Confident communicating with customers and suppliers regarding quality matters
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive company vehicles when required
