Workshop Manager Responsibilities
As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective management of all workshop operations.
You will lead a team of approximately 35 employees, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and delivery performance are consistently achieved.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in improving operational efficiency, controlling costs, and developing your team.
