Due to new contract wins, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electro–mechanical Engineer to join our expanding Rail team in Sheffield. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of rotating machines, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard and within agreed timescales. This is a varied and hands-on role that will see you working both in-house and on customer sites, supporting projects and emergency works as required.
As an experienced engineer you will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, including all aspects of the inspection, repair, overhaul, and refurbishment of machines, which are often highly complex and integrate both mechanical and electrical systems. Experience of working on machines for the rail industry would be an advantage.
