Role Overview
The HV Contracts Manager will lead and grow the HV business in Aberdeen, managing project delivery, client relationships, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of work while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HV operations and ensure compliance with safety and company standards
- Manage P&L, budgets, cash flow, orders, and forecasting
- Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement controls
- Identify and develop HV/LV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders
- Set goals, coach staff, and support the Operations Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong HV/LV engineering knowledge and commercial acumen
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, and business development
- Minimum 5 years experience managing an engineering business
- Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering desirable
- IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent H&S qualification
