Quartzelec Limited is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production and service/repair operations at our Rugby facility. You will lead a team of about 35 employees across shifts, ensuring schedules are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, while supporting business growth.
You will drive accountability, develop people, and collaborate with Project Managers and Engineering teams to resolve issues, manage risks and implement improvements.
