The Opportunity
To lead and grow the HV business, ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction, and a continuous pipeline of work while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HV operations, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards
- Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement project controls
- Identify and develop new HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders
- Coach staff, set goals, and support the Operations Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong HV engineering knowledge and commercial understanding
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience managing an engineering business
- Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering is desirable
- IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification
