Front-End Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Front-End Graphics Designer / UX/UI Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a creative eye for design and a technical understanding of how visual elements integrate seamlessly with app and web code.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms, ensuring that all visuals are optimized for performance and user experience.

This is a dynamic position where creativity meets precision — blending graphic design, UI/UX strategy, and quality control to ensure every design functions perfectly once developed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user-friendly, high-quality UI/UX interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure visuals are accurately translated into code and fully functional.
• Conduct design quality control — reviewing builds to verify visual and functional consistency.
• Produce branding materials, graphics, and icons that align with company identity and app standards.
• Design engaging visual content including animations and short motion graphics for marketing and in-app visuals.
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, and development) to ensure cohesive and functional design delivery.
• Stay current on design trends, usability principles, and front-end development best practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).
• Perform user research and testing to continually refine and enhance the customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, app interface design, or front-end graphic design.
• Proven portfolio showcasing mobile app and web design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), and prototyping tools (InVision, Sketch).
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals).
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Experience working within WordPress or similar CMS environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality control and visual precision.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with React Native, Flutter, or similar app frameworks.
• Knowledge of motion design, video editing, or animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and how design impacts conversions and engagement.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design workflows.
