The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

37.5 hours per week. Full-time - Permanent

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing an efficient administration service to the main office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shared reception duties as required;
  • Dealing with and maintaining good relationships with customers & suppliers;
  • Placement of orders and ensuring confirmation of an agreed delivery timescale;
  • Producing delivery notes in Encore and arranging shipments using online courier system as and when required;
  • Chasing outstanding orders;
  • Checking incoming sales orders/ quotes / inputting them on the database;
  • Effective and timely resolution of order discrepancies/rejected materials;
  • Management of returns as and when required;
  • Updating customer returns/supplier reject/PCB scrap value reports;
  • Adhere to Health & Safety rules and regulations;
  • Any Other Duties that may arise to ensure the smooth running of the business.

The ideal candidate will be bright and bubbly, efficient, willing to learn new tasks and will enjoy working as a team. Strong IT, administration and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work without supervision. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential with a good standard of English & Maths.
