Quartz Recruitment is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join a busy, well-loved restaurant in Barnstaple. This is a hands-on management role and would suit someone who enjoys being involved in service, working closely with their team, and keeping standards high in a fast-paced environment.

The role is a working manager position, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You will be present on the floor during service, supporting the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The role is full-time, around 40+ hours per week, with a set shift pattern and flexibility for straight or split shifts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leading and supporting the front and back-of-house team
  • Being hands-on during service and busy periods
  • Maintaining strong customer service and front-of-house standards
